These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the DOLA FOTO web site located at www.dolaphotobooth.com, and all associated sites linked to www.dolaphotobooth.com by DOLA FOTO, its subsidiaries and affiliates, including DOLA FOTO sites around the world (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is the property of DOLA FOTO Inc. (“DOLA FOTO”) and its licensors. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

DOLA FOTO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, DOLA FOTO grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork and computer code (collectively, “Content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel” and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Site is owned, controlled or licensed by or to DOLA FOTO, and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way (including “mirroring”) to any other computer, server, Web site or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without DOLA FOTO’s express prior written consent.

You may use information on DOLA FOTO products and services (such as data sheets, knowledge base articles, and similar materials) purposely made available by DOLA FOTO for downloading from the Site, provided that you (1) not remove any proprietary notice language in all copies of such documents, (2) use such information only for your personal, non-commercial informational purpose and do not copy or post such information on any networked computer or broadcast it in any media, (3) make no modifications to any such information, and (4) not make any additional representations or warranties relating to such documents.

Your Use of the Site

You may not use any “deep-link”, “page-scrape”, “robot”, “spider” or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Site or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Site. DOLA FOTO reserves the right to bar any such activity.

You may not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site or any network connected to the Site, nor breach the security or authentication measures on the Site or any network connected to the Site. You may not reverse look-up, trace or seek to trace any information on any other user of or visitor to the Site, or any other customer of DOLA FOTO, including any DOLA FOTO account not owned by you, to its source, or exploit the Site or any service or information made available or offered by or through the Site, in any way where the purpose is to reveal any information, including but not limited to personal identification or information, other than your own information, as provided for by the Site.

You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Site or DOLA FOTO’s systems or networks, or any systems or networks connected to the Site or to DOLA FOTO.

You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any transaction being conducted on the Site, or with any other person’s use of the Site.

You may not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any message or transmittal you send to DOLA FOTO on or through the Site or any service offered on or through the Site. You may not pretend that you are, or that you represent, someone else, or impersonate any other individual or entity.

You may not use the Site or any Content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of DOLA FOTO or others.

Additionally, by using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. DOLA FOTO does not promise that the site or any content, service or feature of the site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected, or that your use of the site will provide specific results. the site and its content are delivered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. all information provided on the site is subject to change without notice. DOLA FOTO cannot ensure that any files or other data you download from the site will be free of viruses or contamination or destructive features. DOLA FOTO disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Due to the custom fabrication of the Products returns will not be accepted. 

Items that are non-refundable:

2. Full System Photo Booth Packages

3. Photo Booth Shells and Cases

4. Any products with custom graphics which include enclosures, inflatable enclosures, custom vinyl logo prints.

Warranty: Our photo booth platforms, photo booth shells, photo booth systems, and mirror booth products come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. In the event that any part fails, please contact our support team on our contact page and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

For all warranty claims, shipping costs will be handled as follows:

Customer to Shipper: Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending the product to us for warranty evaluation. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Shipper to Customer: If the warranty claim is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.

Please ensure that items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping if not insured.

Return Policy:

1. Contact Customer Support First:
   1. Before initiating a dispute, please reach out to our customer support team at dolaphotobooth@gmail.com/+86 17620057521. We are here to assist you and address any concerns you may have.
2. Return Authorization:
   1. If, after contacting customer support, it is determined that a return is necessary, you will be provided with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
3. Return Shipping Responsibility:
   1. If a dispute is filed and a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the dispute is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).
4. Return Condition:
   1. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Failure to do so may affect the eligibility for a refund.
5. Timely Return:
   1. Returns must be initiated and the item shipped back to us within 3 days from the date the Return Authorization is issued.
6. Refund Process:
   1. Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process the refund in accordance with our standard refund policy.
7. Exceptions:
   1. Certain items may have specific return conditions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase or in the product description. Please review this information before filing a dispute.
8. Dispute Withdrawal:
   1. If a dispute is filed and later resolved through our customer support, the customer agrees to withdraw the dispute and continue with the standard return process.

Shipping:

• Buyers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the dispute is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).
• All shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you are shipping an item over $200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any upcoming events or circumstances beyond our control.
• For incorrect or defective shipments, the item must be returned in new condition and packaging within 48 hours of receiving it in order to be eligible for a refund.
• If your shipment arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide photos within 2 days. It’s important to note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost revenue resulting from damages caused by the shipping carrier

Refunds:

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Return Exceptions:

• Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
• All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds:

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
• Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
• If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email address].

Sale Items:

• Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at [email address] and send your item to the following address: [physical address].

Warranty Voidance Notice:

• Any unauthorized tampering, modification, or alterations to the photobooth by individuals other than our certified technicians will result in the immediate voidance of the warranty.
• Non-compliance with Procedures:
  The warranty becomes void if the owner/operator fails to adhere to the recommended maintenance procedures outlined in the product’s user manual. It is essential to strictly follow the prescribed guidelines to ensure the continued validity of the warranty.
• Warranty Exclusion:
  Our warranty does not cover any damages or malfunctions resulting from the use of non-approved parts, accessories, or third-party components. Any such modifications will render the warranty null and void.
• Professional Installation Requirement:
  To maintain the warranty, the photobooth must be installed by a certified technician from our company. Unauthorized installation or any interference by non-qualified personnel will result in the warranty being voided.
• Warranty Non-Transferability:
  The warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser. Any resale or transfer of the photobooth to another party without proper authorization will result in the forfeiture of the warranty.
• Unauthorized Repairs:
  Any attempts to repair the photobooth by unauthorized individuals or service providers not affiliated with our company will automatically void the warranty.
• Compliance with Terms:
  Failure to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the warranty documentation will result in the warranty being null and void. It is imperative to thoroughly review and adhere to all specified policies and procedures for warranty coverage.
• Please refer to the official warranty documentation for a comprehensive understanding of the terms and conditions that apply to your specific product. For any inquiries or clarification, contact our customer support team.”

Important Notice for International Customers: Voltage Details

• Please be aware that the electrical voltage standards may vary between countries. It is crucial to consider the voltage requirements specific to your region before using any electronic devices purchased from us.
• Please ensure that the voltage specifications of the product you intend to purchase are compatible with the electrical system in your country. Failure to do so could result in damage to the device or pose a safety risk.
• We recommend consulting with a qualified electrician or referring to local regulations and guidelines to determine the appropriate voltage compatibility and necessary adaptors or converters for your specific location.

Tax Terms

• You shall be responsible for paying the taxes that you are legally required to bear and shall promptly cooperate with the tax authorities and us to fully fulfill your legal obligations, complying with all applicable tax laws and tax policies. If you are required to pay any fees or amounts to us under this agreement, such fees and amounts do not include any applicable taxes, deductions, or withholding taxes.
  
• You shall bear and/or pay any costs or amounts incurred in the performance of this agreement, as well as any taxes, customs duties, government levies, or financial fees arising therefrom. If we are required by law or business needs to withhold or pay any taxes, customs duties, government levies, or financial fees, you shall pay us for those taxes, customs duties, government levies, or financial fees. You hereby unconditionally and irrevocably agree and authorize us to directly or notify our affiliates and/or relevant partners (including but not limited to payment service providers) to deduct the withheld amounts from your account funds or offset such amounts against any outstanding payments. If the funds in the aforementioned account are insufficient to cover the withholding amounts, you shall promptly make up the difference within the period specified by us.

Feedback and Information

Any feedback you provide at this site shall be deemed to be non-confidential. DOLA FOTO shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.
